I love the workout, I love the trainers. Not loving the choice of music lately. HELP!!
rap, slow jams, that's hard to get motivated to work out to. Maybe b/c I am older but a mix of 80's, 90's electronic, pop and rock, combined with today's high energy pop, and alternative. That can change a work out from, ...I am doing this but I don't really want to, to..."wow, I barely noticed the hour go by.
I have been working out at Orange Theory for about a year and a half and it has now become a way of life - a change in my life for the better. There are so many benefits that I have reaped-physical and mental, for example, weight loss, muscle gain, more stamina and flexibility. Even my injuries have improved since my muscles are getting stronger. In addition, I'm in a better mood, I think clearer, and best of all, I can play with my grandchildren and not get tired. I enjoy working out in a group and you can meet new people. Furthermore, my trainers are excellent. They give me alternate movements due to my injuries and motivate me to do better, as well as, being knowledgeable in the area of fitness. They are approachable and expect me to do the best I can. Overall, I love going to work out except on occasional days that I'm struggling; that's when I hear my trainers' voices tell me "NO EXCUSES". So no matter your fitness level-joining Orange Theory will only make EVERYTHING in your life better!
It's a motivational environment. Trainer is extremely helpful and encouraging. Workouts are enjoyable and I like that we are monitored and encouraged to go at our own pace yet push ourselves when able to. Love OTF!
I like how the classes vary daily. The trainers are very motivational. It's also fun when the studio does activities like Bingo or midnight classes. It would be nice to see more of this. Overall it's always a great workout.
