Trainers are very motivating. The use of the heart rate monitor helps to push you even further or allows yourself to take it down a notch. I enjoy that every work out is different more or less. I also enjoy that it is not static; in other words that you move from the treadmill to the rower and to the floor. This keeps one from getting bored. And lastly I would say that I like that it is, for the most part, a full body work out. Thanks OTF!!
I love the workout, I love the trainers. Not loving the choice of music lately. HELP!!
rap, slow jams, that's hard to get motivated to work out to. Maybe b/c I am older but a mix of 80's, 90's electronic, pop and rock, combined with today's high energy pop, and alternative. That can change a work out from, ...I am doing this but I don't really want to, to..."wow, I barely noticed the hour go by.
