I like that the coaches are knowledgeable, professional, personable, and motivating. The workouts are very challenging, but doable. I also like the fitness tracking because I see the results of my hard work, and it makes me push myself to shave off that extra second off my time, get that extra set in, or go for a little more distance on my run. At the end of the hour, I always feel like I have accomplished something.
I love going to the work outs with Fatima. She is flexible, yet pushes you. Her routines target the whole body and the accommodations enable those of us w/ injuries to participate and get the most out of the exercises.
I enjoy the fact that each class, is a new class. You never repeat the same routine, but you always receive the same benefits. As long as there is consistency on the clients end when it comes to showing up to class at least three to four times a week and moderate dieting you'll receive the full benefits of the workout. The results are absolutely body transforming!
