I love everything about the workout! The variety, the intensity, the challenge to push myself harder.. and the competition I create for myself by picking a more advanced patron whose level I want to compete on.
I enjoy that I don't need to put thought into the exercise, I just need to come to a session and the trainers have an exercise ready to guide me through. Additionally the trainers walk around and help me with my form
The instructor is the one that sets the tone for each session and Ana was great. She was spunky and attentive which is why I did not leave in the middle of my first session. It had been a very long time since someone pushed me during a workout session so I would definitely recommend OT at Vizcayne (not sure why it's not Biscayne).
It gives me the high-intensity interval training I need to burn fat and get ready for summer. It kicks my butt and gets me where I need to be in only ONE HOUR. The trainers/class leaders are motivating and they provide great instruction. At the end, I'm tired, but my body feels great and I've taken TWO classes so far! Looking forward to many many more!
