The expertise of my favorite trainer Andrea Gil and the way she is able to modify the workout for anyone like myself who is coming back from a shoulder injury and has been out of commission for 6 months is what I like the most of OT workout along with the overall experience of setting your goals and achieving them at the end of class.
The thing I like most about Orange Theory is the structure of each class. One of the biggest challenges I have had in the past with traditional gyms is a series of questions: "what do I do?" ,"Which body parts am I supposed to work together / separately", " How much cardio vs strength training?" , How long should I workout?" and the list goes on. At Orange Theory all of those questions are answered by the instructors with the planned workouts. I don't have to guess or plan any more!!
