I love everything about my OT workout! I especially like that I can work hard and push myself at a challenging pace ... but at a pace that always has me competing with myself to improve my PRs all the time so that I challenge my own self-imposed limits and conquer yesterday's max. I love that the coaches are my cheerleader but also push me safely to achieve my max!!! and they are always willing and able to give me an accommodation to an exercise that ensures my safety and doesn't risk further injury, while allowing me to work all muscle groups even when I am hurt.
