Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great equipment, real time results of heart rate/calories/and splat points, coach is telling you how to do the workout (don't have to think about my workout)
I just started working out at OTF for the last month. It's a great workout and I would highly recommend it because I love the motivation it gives me to push myself. I look forward to what is to come.
I like the mix of running, rowing, and strength. All the coaches I have taken classes with are encouraging and very kind. I also appreciate that everything is based off your baseline, and there is judgement on your performance.
Went for my free trail work out…amazing workout I felt great physically after the class.
The instructor Meagan very helpful…definitely would like to become a member…could not believe the amount of calories I burned one session over 600 calories…
The mix of cardio and strength training is what I like the best. The hour goes by so quick. As long as there are no burpees that is, Ha! The coaches are very supportive and encouraging. It’s great me time after work.
I love coming in and someone else has already decided what I need to work on. Its like having a personal coach driving you and keeping you motivated. OTF is a no brainer, show up, work hard, and you've met your workout goal for the day.
The intense workouts, coach’s pushing through, environment for workout is the perfect. Also, OT offering different kind of workouts is the best. I don’t think I would have worked out this much in regular gym on constant pace
