I like that the workout always changes and is never boring, yet the type of work out is predictable enough that I feel comfortable that I can follow along. I know I can’t rely on a treadmill component and a floor/row component and mentally prepare for those tasks.
I also like that I can adjust my workout based on how I’m feeling that day (walk vs run ,heavier or lighter weights ).
I very much value the professional trainers who guide us through the work outs and answer questions.
I love that each workout is intense and fun, and never gets boring or repetitive. I like the fact that everyone can move at their own pace, as well as being able to see the total amount of calories burned and splat points contributed by each person because it shows that everyone really gave it their all. I’ve only been a member for just under a month but I can confidently say joining OTF was a great decision that I should’ve made a long time ago.
