The variety, intensity and effiency of the workouts make going to OTF a pleasure. Coaches and staff are great and management is adequate. I am over 50 and may be in the best shape since my early 20s. When asked how I lost so much weight (over 50lbs), OTF is the first reason I give. I have gone to other HIIT workouts and OTF remains a cut above.
Everyone is wonderful. At 62 years old i find I am weak and not as strong as I used to be. I just started but I feel better already. It will be a long haul but the trainers give me alternatives so I can try to keep going. I feel the structure is what I need as opposed to the facilities that give you no support and there are plenty of those and only one orange theory!
It is different every time. Constantly challenging. The coaches are amazing and so motivating. Being able to see the progress in my stats. I love how strong i feel after class. I also love the feeling of not being judged while there, everyone works at their own pace and you never feel like what you are doing is not enough. it's not a race to see who can finish first, it's just you and your heartrate! There is a lot I like about the OTF workout. I like the energy there. The instructors are awesome. I like the constant change of classes, so you never know what to expect when you walk in! I like the fact that I can get an incredible workout in an hour! Although this doesn't pertain to the workout, I like that the gym is clean!!!
