I don’t have to think about it. I show up and I’m coached through various forms of exercise that result in around an 825 calorie burn. I don’t have to preplan a workout or what I’m going to watch or listen to while working out. The group setting encourages you to push yourself in a way that is difficult to achieve while working out alone.
I like how it pushes me to work harder than if I worked out on my own. I like that we use different muscles every workout, and that all workouts entail some type of core.
I like the coaches and the variety of the workouts. I like the community.
Although, there should be a limit to the decibels of the music and microphone. I am going to start wearing earplugs. My Apple watch constantly is telling me that my environment is too loud and that I need to wear ear protection.
