I love my coaches and the camaraderie of my peers. I love the structure of the guided workouts, knowing that there is also the flexibility to modify as needed. I'm someone who pushes to be better, stronger but an injury knocked me down for a bit. After achilles surgery and 6 months off OTF, I'm back at and getting stronger every day. Knowing that I have coaches and peers encouraging me and keeping me accountable to check myself not to overdue it (as my natural inclination is) so that I can build on each success to hopefully get back to my pre-surgery self.
I am so glad I joined OTF. From the minute i walk in the door you feel the energy, motivation& the lively music sends me into exercize movement mode. I never enjoyed working out as I do now. Thank you everyone at OTF for helping to succeed. I cant wait for my next class

I like just showing up knowing I’m going to get a great workout. Coach Julia is positive, motivating and a great coach. She explains and demonstrates the workouts in a clear and understandable manor. She cheers you on and pushes you just enough. I always look forward to having her as my coach!
I like that they are never the same workouts and you have options to do only strength if you needed/wanted. The positive reinforcement and fun energy from coaches makes a big difference as well. It always feels like everyone is there to get after it and be positive. I love that environment!
