I like the instructors and I also really like how you can see how you're doing at any time due to the heart rate monitors. I think that's a big benefit to the workout. I also like that there is an app that lets you use the monitor outside of the gym. I have used it a few times and was able to get splat points while working out on my own.
I like the different levels of intensity and that I didn't have to think about an entire workout on my own. I also like the tracking of your efforts and how you ranked against others in the class and how the instructor was motivating and very thorough.
There is so much. From the moment you walk in the door the staff is extremely friendly and motivating. The studio managers really get to know you and are very willing to answer any questions. The workout itself is challenging and it is very motivating to see your heartrate and know how much more you can push yourself.
It's completely different. The group doing the same activity, each one on theyr own rithm. Monitoring the calories and heart is awesone, you can see your results on time. The trainer is always there, supervising, explaining, following up. The stuff is very friendly, they made me feel conftable, like if I know them since long time ago.
I love the intensity and they way the regimen is put together to target EVERY part of your body. I'm working out muscles that haven't been worked out in YEARS! I also love the high I feel after my workout like I could keep going and going craving more
