I like working out with a group of people with varying levels of fitness and watching people improve over time. At 56, I think I am usually one of the oldest people in the class and I love trying to keep up with the youngsters. Monitoring my progress throughout the class gives me that extra push to tackle the rowing with better form, run a little longer, lift a little heavier, and to just try a little harder to improve my chart. The coaches are great motivators and the classes are fun. I also love that I can go to OTF when I travel for work... which is about 30% of the time. Thanks OTF for making it easier to stick to my fitness routine!
Challenging, but always great motivation from an excellent team of coaches. Love the 90 minute workout. The continuously changing platform of exercises is a great concept that works. One area of improvement though is the weight floor. Now that it's busier, The weights are left disorganized. I was just at a station that had only 8s, 10s, 12s and 15s. The staff should organize the weights properly after each class. It's also tougher in a full class to look for the size you need and ask others to borrow. Need more 15s, 20s and 25s. They seem to be the most popular. It would also be good if all the coaches were consistent about reminding people to stick to the same number tread, rower and weight station. Even with these suggestions for improvement, though, still give OTF Millenia an A+.
I was introduced to OTF over 2 years ago- Millenia has been the absolutely best studio I have ever experienced! I love the staff, the trainers, and the management goes above and beyond for everyone. Finding OTF has been such a joy but it has been the millenia studio & staff that truly changed my life.
Shayne & Chris are the best!
