Great interval training targeting an entire body workout. Knowledgeable and fun coaches who help motivate while monitoring each persons form. I'm approaching 2 years as an OTF member. It's changed my life for the better. I've lost weight, I have more energy and my Dr has pulled me off blood pressure meds. Well worth the investment.
I love the personalized coaching you get in a group setting! The staff at OTF Millennia are so supportive and make working out fun! So many people have said to me that they don't want the public "shaming" of having your stats posted up on the wall during the workout. My answer is just try a session and judge for yourself. There is absolutely no "public shaming" and seeing your stats as you work out is motivating!
It's well organized and the trainers do a good job at interacting with you. I would like to see more abs workout incorporated in each session as their very little sessions on abs. I would also like to see health/nutrition classes added to help with those who struggle with diet.
My first visit to the studio, the manager Chris and trainer Tom were amazing, made my first visit memorable and fun. I love the theory ( no pun intended) behind the routine. I look forward to my nest visit.
