I just love the enthusiasm, friendliness and continually changing routines. They never seem to get old and even on days I am not feeling full of beans, the coaches always seem to have a way of squeezing that extra bit of effort out of me..
Love the variety of workouts and all of the coaches are great and willing to answer questions or point out when you may be doing an exercise improperly.
I love the variety of exercises (seems to never really repeat themselves) and the epically enthusiastic coaches really make the hour fly by and are great for keeping our technique correct and safe.
Absolutely everything! They can modify for my lower spine. I’m able to get a complete workout without injury. I also love the surprise. I just show up and it’s never boring.
I enjoy Orange Theory because you don’t need to think about the workout. After going for a few weeks, I realized I was going to get a total body workout. The workouts are designed to build lean muscle and maximize your cardio health. Orange Theory helps me fight fatigue, stress and achieve the ascetic I want.
I would say this to someone. “Take care of yourself first, Orange Theory will fill you up, so you can help yourself and others.” Live your best life!
Love the workout and all of the coaches at Orangetheory Milton. The workouts are always challenging, but doable.
My only constructive feedback is that I do not like the explicit workout days. The explicit lyrics are offensive to me and as a premium member, I think I should feel comfortable going any day. If the studio thinks it's necessary to offer these classes (which it's not if it is offensive) pick 1 class for a day so that members can choose a different class. If all morning classes are explicit and I only workout in the mornings, then there is not really another option.
