I like the variety of activities, keeping the work out more interesting - I just listened to a podcast about how we weren’t really meant to exercise, rather physical activity was meant for ensuring survival (like hunting, gathering or carrying water) or for fun (like play, or dance). Given that human nature is to conserve energy and not needlessly move, it’s nice to have found a form of physical activity that I can motivate myself to do at least once a week. I think I may be getting stronger, as my all out is now a 7 and I started at like 5.5 or 6.
It’s as intense as you want it to be. The energy with every trainer is spot on. The class hours and availability.
Also, Steve is my favorite 6am morning greeter!
