Everything. I like the lighting I like the monitoring (arm bands) I like the coaching the music I let someone else guide me which I need during my workout.
Number one reason it saves me time. Deciding what to do I a lot when you're busy. I just decide when and how much. You're in control. I often perform modified exercises and never think I'm doing less. I'm doing what my body needs to improve. Bonus: You have access to a trained coach to ensure form is good in real time.
In case you're wondering if it's for gals over 50...yes! I just did an AI fitness scan and exercise test. I am in the "elite" status of fitness for woman my age. That means the top 5%. I have 21% more lean body mass (muscle) than the average woman my age. I'm able to hike, paddleboard and dance. Decide! Then start! It's that easy. 😊
I love the diverse community that seems to be attracted to OTF! People of all ages, sizes and fitness levels can come in to the studio and get a great workout by just listening to the coaching cues. The coaches bring high energy every class and are great at encouraging and supporting each individual.
