I like having a trainer present and motivating me to increase my limits, even if only by 1%. I've never been a runner, but I'm finding myself jogging/ running on the treadmill. I love the floor exercises and I'm getting better at rowing! It has definitely motivated me to eat better also!
I've always wanted to go to the gym and feel like I was being coached!! I'm getting this and more at Orange Theory!! I played soccer when I was younger and loved competing with myself to be better at the sport. Getting a Performance Summary at the end of my work out has pushed me to set goals when I come into my next class, and I've only been to TWO!! At the office i'm in a position to make decisions all day, so to come to a place to work out and have someone else making decisions on what to do next is AMAZING. I LOVE being able to push myself but still go at my own pace during the work out if needed. I like the way the room is set up with numbers, there is no confusion for who is to be where, and I appreciate the organization of the entire program.
