I like the workout at OT because it pushes me. I'm not competitive but it pushes me in a good way. The workouts are ALWAYS different. I can make adjustments to the movements and I'm not called out if I'm lagging that day.
I love the coaches (especially Diana) because they make sure I have a workout that I would NEVER have going to a large gym on my own. I always push harder, have good form, and stay strong on motivation at an OTF class
I love the variety as each work out is different. Each workout has a different focus but over time you will experience all types of exercise: strength, endurance, power. Coaches and classmates are encouraging and supportive. It is a great environment to push yourself if you like, but there is no pressure to do so. Each member works at their own pace/intensity depending on their own circumstances. The class keeps you busy and engaged for a full hour and then you're done before you know it. You will always feel accomplished at the end of each work out.
I travel a lot and OT is a very consistent experience. Clubs are clean. Coaches call you by name, even if they do not know you-you still feel like part of the commuinity.
I appreciate goal setting and that even when it is very hard-I know it is only 45 seconds (or so).
I like the energy and enthusiasm the coaches bring to the workouts. I LOVE the HIIT portions of the workouts. My strength and balance have improved substantially since I began working out at OrangeTheory.
Sometimes I don’t feel like going to the club, but I’m ALWAYS happy after a workout!

I like that I get cardio, including HITT blocks on the treadmill. I’m not crazy about the rower, but I like it when weights and body movements are incorporated in that area. I LOVE the floor workouts because of the strength, and balance exercises practiced there. I feel that I get a well rounded workout every time I visit OT.
Last, but not least, the high energy and personable coaches encourage me to work out to my maximum effort. I rarely slough off, as I do not want to disappoint my coach.
