I haven’t worked out for years and needed to get back to it to take care of myself and help with stress. I don’t like typical gyms at all and I did curves before and it wasn’t enough. And it was boring. With OT I feel that I am getting a full body workout with supportive coaches pushing me to give my best. It’s challenging and it’s not boring. The coaches in Monroe are really great!

They’re challenging but there’s always a modification if needed and the coaches are very encouraging. I think coach Sherri, coach Michelle and coach Clarissa do a really good job at giving personalized attention during the class. For example, if they notice you are capable of something a little more challenging they’ll show you what you can do that will be more at your level !

Always different. Coaches motivate me and correct form, which makes me less likely to give in and slack once fatigue sets in. I’ve seen faster improvements to my fitness than at any other gym to which I’ve ever been a member.
