It's great for beginners and anyone overweight or out of shape and really for anyone who doesn't have a clue on how to workout or follow a workout regimen on their own. Only down side is that it's overly priced for group classes! $150 a month is ridiculous. I pay $15 a month at EOS for 24hr access to weights and cardio equipment and INCLUDES group classes such a spin, body pump, yoga, insanity, kickboxing and more and I can go to any location nation wide and bring a guest. Orange theory was a good workout with positive energy and vibes but not doesn't seem to offer anything that I can't obtain by myself. Thank you for inviting me to your facility, it was fun, I just can't see myself paying that or $100 for 2 days a week either.
I love it here. This is my favorite orange theory to go to. The competitive atmosphere is much different to all the other locations that I've been to. I would recommend to all my friends to go here but they all live insanely far away where other orange theory's are closer.
It seems under the leadership of Kelly, the turnaround has stabilized. The team of trainers (Alicia, Dylan and Kelly) gives personal attention when needed, are focused on proper form and are motivating. Fingers crossed!!!
I love all the trainers at Moon Valley. They watch your form, help with adjustments & modifications and are always friendly and know the members. The trainers are great at keeping you motivated through the workout. Orange Theory is great because it pushes you harder than you would push yourself. Working outside your comfort zone often is the way to improvement. I also enjoy the small group atmosphere which enables you to get to know other members.
