Kelly is awesome both as a trainer and at managing the staff, the moral has really changed for the better since she came on. Dylan is getting better and better each class, and Thomas is the best trainer ever!
I've never worked so hard, so consistently, or so effectively before. I was working out with a much more expensive personal trainer with little to no progress for 3 months before signing up. Its been about 3 months now at OTF and not only am I down 20 pounds, but I'm running for miles (voluntarily) for the first time since college. The encouragement, the music, and the trainers (especially Kelly) have been the secret ingredients for me. I'm having fun and I feel great.
It's perfect and I just loved it ..... I have been staying in United States of America for about four years but never even thought their would be such entertaining workout ... the concept of workout is really really cool .....
It made me feel like I was really working out and the hour went by really fast! The push--times are great--taking you into the uncomfortable zone...and tracking your heart rate is a great way to know when you are really working out!
