It's the best 1 hour workout ever. Also, the best way to get the best results. Being a retired personal trainer myself, I firmly believe in the heart rate based workout. The coaches and the entire staff are awesome and treat the members like family. I love love my otf fit fam!!!
The workouts are challenging both mentally and physically. You start to learn that just because your brain says "no" it doesn't necessarily mean that you really can't do something. You always have a little more to give. Also, the workouts vary every time I go allowing us to always work different muscle groups and it never gets boring. Last, but most importantly, I am seeing results and that's what I signed up for.
The constant challenge and variety provided by the trainers are great! The music and attitude are always high energy. Trainers check each individual's form for better results while preventing rookie mistakes.
