Everything! I walked in the door last February for a free class and had no idea what the concept or class would be like. I was turning 60 that November and couldn't get a grip on my weight, eating habits or commitment to evercise. I planned on doing one month....here I am 10 months later 11lbs lighter and in love with a Orangetheory. I teach dance, it has been my lifelong career, I've belonged to many gyms, and found a home with OT, this is the best fit for me. Here is why. The combination of cardio and weight training in segments keeps me so busy I don't have time to wish the class was over. I can back off an exercise at anytime by choosing lighter weights or a slower pace but the group effort and the enthusiasm of the instructor always motivate me to push harder. The music mixes and levels on the treadmill have actually made a jogger out of me. In one hour I have completed a fierce round of exercise and walk out feeling like I can conquer anything. I like that the staff knows my name, that when I come in I'm greeted with cheer and leave with a how was your workout and have a great day. And to think whenever I shopping and passed the windows I'd wonder who in the world would exercise there....Me! Thanks Orangetheory for helping me cross off one item on my turning 60 bucket list! 💪[NAME REMOVED]

I like the variety withing each workout and that no 2 workouts are the same. It's also great that their are always modifications available to allow people at any fitness level to participate and still get a great workout.

The staff was great, informative, and motivating. I also enjoyed the workouts themselves and was able to push myself by looking at my heart rate on the screen.' I also liked the fact that the workouts are individual but yet in a group format.

The workout is intense, but fun. The trainers are so motivational and celebrate your successes! It's a great workout and the trainers always show how to modify if needed.

I like the pace, the challenge and that it is different i some form every day. Of course every trainer is great and so helpful!! PS- every front person who works the front desk is extremely helpful to everyone I see them in contact with. You have a great groups on many fronts.
