The workouts are great because they’re coach guided and challenging. It’s nice to have a mix of cardio and strength, and the fact that there’s a coach pushing you makes it feel like you’re getting in an extra good workout as opposed to working out alone at a gym.
I told all my friends about how much I like Orange Theory work out classes. And I go at least 3X a week. The reason I like OT is instructor call out all the steps and moves we have to do. And they will come correct us if we don’t do it right. And all instructors are very very nice!

I love the combination of cardio & weight training. Since taking OTF classes, I have noticed a significant increase in strength (I am using heavier weights) & tone & definition in my muscles. I highly recommend these classes.
It’s simple. Show up, do the work, and you’re done. The coaches are very motivating, and the environment is the closest I’ve found to a “team sports” practice. As someone who grew up as a multi-sport athlete, this aspect is extremely engaging and motivating.
It’s a pretty complete workout in an hour or less. There is plenty of variety so it doesn’t get boring and the instructors are always upbeat and motivating.
I like the work out because they are always a challenge even after 7 years, the friends you make that you workout with and of course Coach Carolyn always a great coach
