I love it because it pushes me beyond my comfort zone in a way that is hard to do on my own. You are never bored doing the same thing.
I love the instructors.Attention they pay to individuals,correcting weight lifting form,time to answer any posture questions, helping on stretching tips.
I go in there dragging my heels and I leave there feeling energized.
All the workouts are diffrent and we can do Cardio and strength both in an hour class. It is almost like a personal training because if you are doing wrong the instructor corrects you and you are able to learn the right way of doing the exercises.
I love that the workout challenges me as an individual and that I'm not trying to compete with my peers. The workouts work for all fitness levels, and OTF has really helped me improve my strength and endurance as well as it has helped me lose weight!
I don't have to think. The coaches know what they are doing. The music is upbeat. And I like the fact that the coaches will demonstrate an adjustment to an exercise to account for injuries. Then I have no excuse not to workout.
It's a relentless, positive atmosphere that asks you to bring your best to the workout. There's support from staff, trainers, and other gym members that help you push yourself to do more than you thought you could.
