Things I like about the OTF workout:
- I set my own personal base, push, and all out speeds
- Exercising with music and other people is fun
- Nobody is looking at me, except for the coach who makes sure I use proper form for safety
- I am part of a community and look forward to being there
I love the format at OTF! In and out in an hour getting a full workout is amazing! I also love that I have an "assigned" spot during the workout and I don't have to wait for equipment like you do at regular gyms. At most gyms I get frustrated waiting for equipment while people sit there on their phones resting between sets!
The coaches at OTF are incredible too, they take the time to show you tips and they are always so encouraging. It's like having a personal trainer at every workout!!
1 hour of solid exercise with a coach. Almost feels like a private coach at time. They are always engaging, keeping everyone moving. Great variety of workouts everyday. Never a dull moment.
