I love that there is a mix of cardio and strength training. Being able to see how many calories I'm burning and when I need to push a little harder to get in the orange zone, helps keeps me focused and all the instructors do a great job of this as well. My only gripe is that the chest monitor does not work as well for me and it is disappointing that I cannot turn it in and pay the difference for the wrist monitor. I would love everything about OTF even more if this could be made to happen somehow! :)
The workout was challenging and intense. Definitely one of the more difficult ones I've participated in. I had 50 splat points! And I definitely felt like I had just done a 3 hour workout when I was done.
Being my first time, I was still able to keep up with the class. The pace was rapid and dynamic and kept it interesting.
Tyson was awesome! I think he was born to be a trainer, coach, and personal motivator. That guy deserves his own TV show or a raise!
