I love that the workouts have such variety and work through all the different muscle groups. The fact that the workouts are coach led is probably the number one reason that I keep going back. Also, since I am older (63), i love that the floor exercise can always be modified if I need it. I also love that I have seen great results in reaching my goals for building muscle and improving balance.
Front desk staff is super friendly and helpful. I love how easy the coaches make it to work out. You know exactly how intense you have to push, when and for how long. The coaches are great with explaining the exercises and equipment.
It’s a great all around workout! I don’t have to think about what I’m doing, I just show up and the class gives me all the instructions I need. I can go as hard or as slow as I need to and everyone is very supportive and welcoming. It keeps me motivated too once I get in the class to keep pushing myself.
I like the variety of floor and treadmill. Keeps things interesting and makes the time flyby. I also like the heart rate and zone monitoring -motivates me to push myself and reminds me when I need to back off a little, which allows me to get a good workout in and not overdo it, which in the past I have, and has hindered me from more workouts. Coaches are awesome and everyone is very welcoming!
