What I love Most is that each workout is different everyday. It’s never the same. And I always feel rejuvenated when I complete my workout..I feel So accomplished. The Coaches are amazing too especially Mel!
The mix of strength, power, balance, unilateral exercises, and interval training. I think the best workout plan is one that combines all of these elements (in addition to flexibility training like yoga or Pilates), and Orange Theory hits all of them. You're getting strength and cardio benefits in one workout.
It goes by so quick bc the music is FIRE! At first I thought 50 min on tread would last a lifetime but then it’s over. The coaches are really amazing too and check in on you and give advice when they want to help you improve!
Coaches are friendly, fun and inspirational! The music has a good beat but I’m sick of hip-hop. We need more dance or classics remixed. But rap and hip-hop I find aggravating.
The workouts are varied and new each day. It stays fresh, and it’s always hard work.
I love How the workouts are challenging but doable and keep me engaged for the duration of the class. Each class is different and each instructor is unique. I love how the coaches give us feedback and encourage us to keep going throughout the workout. The moments I feel I’m slowing down or pulling back, I hear them cheer me on and am reminded that we are capable of accomplishing more than we think we can. I also appreciate the coaches feedback and how they correct our form and technique on the rower and the weight floor. The music is always great, too.
