I like the efficiency and variety of the workouts. The trainers are knowledgeable and motivating. They pay close attention to form and offer corrections. This is challenging in a group setting which indicates they truly care about the client. I also like the location and all the classes available, hour after hour.
I like being motivated and corrected by a trainer. I like to know if I'm doing something wrong so I appreciate the corrections. I like that the class is usually under an hour making it easy to continue on with my day. I like the challenge the best, it's what keeps me coming back.
It never gets boring or easier, I feel challenged in every single class even after going for close to two years. I get a total body workout each time and my over 40 metabolism is much higher now. I feel like I work muscles that I wouldn't if I worked out on my own. Plus I work harder in this setting.
