Best 60 minute workout. Every workout is different., challenging, and seeing my heart rate or where it is a motivator. The coaches are awesome and give great guidance. I done many other fitness activities, boot camps, cross fit, gyms. This by far is the best and stuck with this workout program the longest.
Everyone is nice and they remember past clients. Instructors are encouraging and able to monitor both groups and provide personal assistance and are knowledgeable on correct form. I like that they use the pre-arranged music and not their own. I like that they don't sing to the music--cause I hate when other sites allow their instructors to do this. I didn't come to listen to someone do karaoke poorly.
I enjoy the trainers, and that the scott keeps the studio very clean.
What could be improved upon is that the studio is really hot. For the amount of money i pay i expect to workout in optimal conditions.
The style of workouts fits what I am looking for because it combines cardio with core and light-weight training. Traditionally, I hate running on treadmills, but the variation of the treadmill portion keeps it new. I like the rest, base, push and all-out levels. Those intervals encourage you to push harder because you know you can rest as well.
Quick moving pace.
Heart monitored/self checks to make sure you are ok but still pushing at what you can do.
