Motivating, high energy, and effective! Everyone that works there is nice and very welcoming. The coaches do a fantastic job of helping you with form without discouraging you. Absolute best workout and atmosphere!
I like the combination of cardio & weight lifting. The cardio goes a lot quicker with the base, push and all out workouts. Way better than just running on a treadmill for 30 minutes straight.
I am also impressed with the staff - great people, great trainers
I love that I can come in and simply focus on the workout that's happening in the moment. I love that the workouts move quickly and are challenging. It makes working out easy when there are coaches that are able to execute multiple groups and workouts successfully. Before you know it you have your splat points and you are done!

All of it. It's a great workout and your team is great. I wish Scott taught more classes, but I understand it's difficult to get him scheduled due to his mega popularity! Tally is great and so is Will! They both have great attitudes and are as delightful as you can be at 6AM. Your app is terrible but I know that's not the local OTF team's fault.
Also, I'd like to be able to switch memberships from Leawood to Nall Hills but no one seems to know exactly how. I'm month to month right now, but don't want to lose my current amount I'm paying. Here are the things I've heard from various staff members.
- You have to cancel your membership at Leawood and sign up at Nall Hills, but you have to do it three months apart.
- We might be able to do a member swap.
- You have to actually go to the Leawood location to cancel.
