I love that we get in all ideal exercise in an hour: running for cardio, rowing for core/back/arm strength and more cardio, and then weights. It's a perfect amount of time for people who think they're too busy.
I also have to say that the addition of Sergei has been a game changer. He's excellent, he demands a lot, and you get the impression there is someone there who will actually hold you accountable if you're slacking. That's exactly what I want and pay for ---- we could all use more Sergei accountability in our lives! Glad he's on the team.
Everything! I like that it is always different. I like that it is always challenging. I like that the instructors take an interest in each individual. I like they all different types of people can do the workout. I also love the stretching after a long hard workout!!
I like the length of 60 minutes as well as the 90 minutes that you have. I like the cardio workouts on the treadmill and the rower. Like the weight room as well. Enjoy that it's not always the same.
Best of all since I have been working out at OTF, more people have told me I'm slimming down and I feel that as well in inches! Hopefully the weight will be coming off too. I'm taking one step at a time.
Most of all I appreciate the 6:30 workout time as earlier times are almost impossible to get to w/ my career.
It pushes me to have a great workout. Being able to see how your workout is going in live time really allows you to see where your at and where you can be. I love that I can store my past workouts so I can see how I'm progressing.
Plus the environment is fun and I love the trainers and how they push you!
The coaches are very encouraging...plus they work with you on adaptations to any given exercise. This is particularly important if you have an injury or are just not able to do an exercise. There are several coaches from which you can take class. Not every coach is the best fit...so you choose the class time with the coach that meets your needs.
