I really love the strength classes and that they have been split to upper and lower to give more of a focus target muscle groups. I would love to see a strength class option in either the 5am or 6:15 am class slots!!
Fun, engaging, and helping me get back in shape after years of injury, inactivity, and other priorities. It feels good to be back into a routine and able to see and feel the changes.
I love that we get so much feedback. From the coaches, to the splat points, to the heart rate monitor, we always have some kind of info on how we are doing. I also love all of the challenges and benchmarks over the years. It causes camaraderie among members and also allows us to track progress over time. I've never in my life been so motivated to workout as I have been at Orange Theory.
It's instructor-led. I can be lazy when left on my own.
There is measurement and comparison to previous workouts to motivate me.
Instructors are always positive and encouraging.

The coaches are so enthusiastic. Love them all. I really like the addition of the tread 50 workout option. The front desk staff are so friendly, they always remember your name.
I love the playlists are upbeat and push me to work hard. I love each coaches enthusiastic attitude which motivates me each workout! I have also been liking the new Tread 50 classes
