The workout itself is amazing, hard but the sense of accomplishment after the hour is so worth it. The staff & trainers are just amazing! The absolute best part of OTF is the family I now belong to, the friendships I've made and the support we all give each other.
The diversity of the workouts, the great instructors, pretty much the whole environment.
I really love the place and it certainly does me a lot of good.
I know that this may not be the place to mention, but recently we were all very disappointed to hear that we are no longer able to stretch out before our workouts! This was a knee-jerk decision that was made due to someone I hear being injured. Stopping every member from performing a very important part of their workout seems a bit over the top. Being that most people at OTF are in their 30s, 40s, 50s+, the importance of stretching before a HIIT workout cannot be overstated. It can lead to unnecessary injuries. We are hoping somehow that common sense will prevail. OTF touts itself as a science driven, certified trainer led workout. I am hoping that the professionals in the organization and common sense revisit this bad judgment call. I mean if I cannot sit on the floor and stretch my legs, what is next, no shower usage? Sorry for dumping this here but there just seems to be nowhere else to file a disagreement on this and I know the local coaches agree.
Everything! The workouts are constantly changing so there is always a new challenge - so you do not get bored. The coaches are amazing keeping you motivated, they are always on point and they are constantly making sure you are safe and getting a great workout.
