Michael was incredible and the workout was fantastic! Amazing how productive an hour can be. Everyone at the Nashua location was helpful and super friendly. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to shake up their workout routine or looking to start one.
I enjoy the versatility of the workout - I am pushed harder than I would on my own but I also like how I can change it up as well. If I'm not feeling great or if I have an injury I still feel like I am getting a great workout even with slowing it down a bit or modifying some of the exercises. The best part is that I always feel great when I leave and for the rest of my day knowing that I got an awesome workout in!
