I liked the intensity of the workout. I also like the heart rate monitor and being able to see my progress on the monitor. I also like that there is a good amount of cardio involved in the workout.
Everyone was very helpful and explained things to me. I also like the instructor, she was very motivating!
The best part about OTF is the people.. fellow classmates, coaches and front of the studio. Everyone is encouraging, friendly and unintimidating. In addition, the workouts are the most efficient workouts I have ever done. Each workout involves strength and cardio, all in less than 1 hour.
It's personalized and tailored to me but still has the group motivation and mentality. It pushes me to achieve my goals and better myself, and I never feel incapable of succeeding due to past injuries. It's the longest I've ever lasted with a gym or workout program. You guys have found the secret!
The varied work out pushes me to a new level which I have not done since I stopped road racing due to hip replacement five years ago. However as an almost 76 year old woman who is on PB meds I am lucky to get one splat but grateful to be able to continue to work out.
