The coaches are always helping me to better myself. Whether it's challenging me to run/row faster or correcting my form on the floor, I leave each class better than when I walked in. The workout is never the same twice which always keeps me interested and wanting to get to a class. I love the "special" classes with themes and challenges. Nothing like a good challenge to make you work a little harder! :)
I love this place -- i love the diversity of the workouts -- I love the coaches. I've been out for a while battling some injuries etc and not only did they personally check up on me and help me figure out the best way to handle my membership but they have been so supportive and encouraging since I've been back. They always make sure I'm doing nothing to set me back but challenging me enough to ease my frustration of not being in the same place physically as I was before.
I like that they always change the work out and it's always challenging in new. I love the coaches and how encouraging they are. The coaches really care about you getting better and becoming stronger. I also like that I can track my performance throughout the work out and I can see if I need to step it up or not
I like that it's different and challenging each time I go. I also like that the coaches help ensure you're using proper form and pushing yourself out of your comfort zone to challenge yourself to constantly improve.
I like how it has various exercises working on your whole body. Every workout is challenging to one's personal ability no matter how strong or what size you are. You can actually see progress in your speed and strength as you do it habitually
