Cardio and strength training all in one hour—very efficient and seemingly effective, at least for me. Coaches are very engaged and friendly. They push us and also ensure we are doing the exercises correctly.
I love this location , when I started Sarah was my usual coach and later Lexi came along , these woman are perfect motivators and mentors through a fitness journey ,, I am so lucky to get to work out here !!!!

Coaches are on point, upbeat, motivating, yet you can modify without pressure to overdo yourself. I like the varied workouts, different each time, and the changing of the workout as you go so you don’t get bored! You don’t do any one thing for too long, which I like.
I like that I don't have to think about anything - the workout is already designed and I just have to show up and follow directions! I also like that you can make the class as challenging as you want.
I love how it’s challenging but the coaches make you feel like you can do it. I love how the workout is fun. The music that is played brings me back to being a kid which I love. Thank you orange theory for making me rejuvenated
The workouts are variable which keeps things interesting. Natick’s instructors also do a lot to keep the class motivated and always try to give one-on-one attention to anyone that may need help.
