I like the cardio portion -especially the treadmill. I think the weight room instruction is a bit rushed and that there is not enough feedback.

It's a fabulous workout though I think the heart monitor is not reliable (which is exactly what differiantes OTF from other workouts.)

My instructor Sabrina was excellent and encouraging. My level of fitness is tough as starting from scratch again after having a baby but i felt welcome and not intimated by fun environment.
