The workouts are intense but tailored to your level of stamina. You move around a lot so you don't get sick of one exercise. The wristband keeps you honest throughout your workout.

I love OTF format and results. I have cosines 4-5 other OTF gyms, and in general natick does not have as high of energy as others (coach, music, overall mood)

I loved the mix of cardio and weight and ab exercises. Love having the heart rate monitor. I feel it pushes you to keep going harder. My instructor (Kristine) was very informative and knowledgeable. Great instrutoršŸ‘

I like the variation of the workout especially when you incorporate body weight exercises with rowing for more strength training and squats/lunges, weights and abs together on the floor.

I like everything about it: the mix of traditional cardio with weights/body weight exercises, intervals, high energy, and the heart rate monitoring which allows you to focus and tailor your workout to what you want out of it that day.
