Coaches great! Like additional feedback loop from screen. Like not knowing workout in advance. Like fact I've lost 20 lbs in a year. Like that i only need to go 3 times a week for benefit!

The motivation, and that I don't have to think about what I need to do. I go in and the instructor gives us the routine for the class. And each class is a bit different, so it's never quite the same.

It was challenging, it was always changing, I definitely felt sore the day after. It was great to be able to see my heart rate and see how hard I was working/pushing myself. I also loved seeing an estimate of how many calories I had burned, it makes me want to come back and burn more. This is exactly what I've been looking for. A mix of cardio and weightlifting and something to keep me motivated. It's great to have a coach to always remind you of your form and to push a little harder. I will definitely be coming back and I'm going to try to bring all my friends with me.

There is so much that I like about the OTF workout: variety-no two workouts are alike; it combines strength and cardio; the OTF heart rate monitor screen system is extremely motivating. Quantifying my hard work is highly satisfying. The trainers are great; the music is good; interval training is challenging; it's hard but fun.

Lots of bang for your hour! If you don't have a lot of time this is a killer hour workout. It is also well balanced so you get a total body workout.

Everything but the heart rate monitor isn't always reliable. It drops my heart rate a couple times a class. Problem solving didn't help. Better technology from the montior?
