I loved the mix of cardio and weight and ab exercises. Love having the heart rate monitor. I feel it pushes you to keep going harder.

I like everything about it: the mix of traditional cardio with weights/body weight exercises, intervals, high energy, and the heart rate monitoring which allows you to focus and tailor your workout to what you want out of it that day.
