I love how OTF incorporates many different exercises to work your entire body. I enjoy doing circuit interval training which is exactly what we do in class. The treadmill, tower, and weight room circuits allow me to excel each and every class as each interval is targeted different each class like power day and endurance day!
I feel like I can always count on getting a great workout. The instructors are friendly and motivating. The workouts are challenging but doable and easy to catch on to! I love that they are always different and you can never get bored. Love love love Orangetheory Natick!
I love that each class is different and I'm motivated by my heart rate. I love the cardio and weights combined into one workout. The coaches are great too. I definitely work harder here than running on my own or going to the gym. I love it and have recommended to friends.
The only things I don't love are how crowded some of the classes get...you have to sign up well in advance for some classes that close and get on the waitlist. Also, my heart rate monitor doesn't work all the time. When my heart rate goes down, my monitor has a hard time reading it as it goes back up. Very often I have to turn it off, wipe it down and start it up again. It's just annoying.
