I love how it's a workout that's ALWAYS challenging. I am motivated by the instructors as well as my fellow members. We are all like minded individuals serious about their workout and even more serious about results.
It was challenging, it was always changing, I definitely felt sore the day after. It was great to be able to see my heart rate and see how hard I was working/pushing myself. I also loved seeing an estimate of how many calories I had burned, it makes me want to come back and burn more.
This is exactly what I've been looking for. A mix of cardio and weightlifting and something to keep me motivated. It's great to have a coach to always remind you of your form and to push a little harder.
I will definitely be coming back and I'm going to try to bring all my friends with me.
There is so much that I like about the OTF workout: variety-no two workouts are alike; it combines strength and cardio; the OTF heart rate monitor screen system is extremely motivating. Quantifying my hard work is highly satisfying. The trainers are great; the music is good; interval training is challenging; it's hard but fun.
