It's a different really hard workout every time. Also, I like that it's me vs me. At first I was concerned that i wouldn't be up to the workouts and I'd be embarrassed. Yet, no one is watching. They're all just trying to survive another hard workout.
The workouts are different everyday, the coaches are fabulous!
It's hard not to push yourself to your fullest potential. It makes me feel so accomplished when it's over.
I've met so many great people, we all keep each other motivated.
I love the group class concept with the benefit of individual instruction as needed. I love the intensity of the workouts. The energy in the room is tremendous and drives you to push yourself harder and smarter than you could do on your own. And every work out is different--and pushes you in different ways. Then over time, you can see your own improved performance. It's fantastic. And the OTF Natick coaches are the best!
I can self-monitor my heart rate and work as hard as necessary to get the best results.
Also, I like the diversity of the sessions. I have my favorite exercises, but we are always doing different things to get an "all around" workout.
