Orange Theory Fitness is an amazing working. It combines everything I like to do in the gym in one energetic and meaningful hour. Unlike taking classes at a traditional gym the classes are never the same and I am never bored. All of the trainers are amazing. Perfect balance of encouragement and motivation but also keeping you accountable to your goals. I would recommend OTF to anyone!
Its the best work out regimen I've ever done so far! I learned to like to work out an hour long of high intensity exercises. In addition, Avery, Sydney and Austin are very enthusiastic instructors. They motivate and challenge me and they are with me every step of the way during the entire session.
Its my 4th month in Orange Theory and I feel a huge improvement in my stamina and endurance. Working out in Orange theory is so much fun and fulfilling😃
Love the coaches and how they continue to motivate me and others to do their best. All the staff is great; Natomas OTF is like a big family, and I have met great people and developed some great friendships.
The workouts are always different and keep each day interesting. The coaches really make the difference though. Without them, it would be easy to not push as hard or get the most out of each workout. They pay attention to where we should or shouldn't be and help us reach our full potential
I usually go the 6:15 am workout session 3 to 4 times a week. It's my job to be healthy and fit and the coaches Avery, Sydney and Austin do an outstanding job to motivate and to improve on your personal best. The workout includes endurance, strength and power with weights, rowing and running packed into 60 minutes. I always leave feeling I just did something good for my body and mind. And a bonus is, Heather that works at the front desk always greets you with a good morning and when you leave gives you a friendly have a nice day. To me the whole experience is money well spent. Their team is helpful and approachable I would definitely encourage everyone to come into Natomas Orangetheory Fitness for their awesome workouts! You're worth it!
I love that every training session is different so it's never boring. It's great to be pushed by the trainers and encouraged by fellow members. I was a couch potato 5 months ago, but thanks to my training at Orangetheory Fitness I was able to climb up all the steps of the Eiffel Tower last week during my vacation in Paris! I never would have been able to do this before. A dream come true! I'm so excited to continue getting stronger and feeling fit with Orangetheory Fitness.
It was my first visit with Orangetheory and I most enjoy the patience and guidance given by the instructor. I also liked the exercise routine, which all parts of the body was worked. Afterwards, I felt really good and rejuvenated.
