I loved the workout because of the variety, positive energy, it was challenging but not too hard, the encouragement from the amazing coach and others helped me push myself. Just when I was ready to give up there was a change. I loved everything about the workout! Can't wait for my next workout!
I love the variety and having a coach there to tell me what to do without having to think about it. In addition, when I need help or other options due to physical limitations, having someone there to assist immediately is amazing. also enjoy the music and the vibe.
Everything. They say OTF is for everyone and I really believe that. Not just based off of my workouts but seeing other people of all shapes and sizes coming in and pushing themselves. It provides great balance for improving your overall body and not just zoning in on one aspect of fitness. OTF is the best way to start or enhance a fitness journey.

AMAZING coaches- Francis, Austen, and Casey are the best coaches of any OT I've visited. Granted - they are my home coaches, but still. They go above and beyond to provide the best work out and give you special attention and encouragement.
This was my first time at OTF and it was great! The staff at the Natomas location were friendly, professional, and motivating. Unfortunately I was just in town visiting so can't make this a regular visit, but it was one of the best workouts I've had!
I like that it is challenging, positive, and very upbeat. I was able to push myself at my own pace, and I loved the encouraging environment with other people there to inspire me. Coach Casey is fantastic!
