Competent, enthusiastic trainers; variety of exercises; high-intensity, but flexible to fit your level; heart rate monitor and video screens; clean facilities; friendly sales associates. I think Avery and Sydney are fantastic!!!

I love OT! The trainers are amazing and I know I'll never be bored doing a workout. I love the atmosphere, spirit days and everything else that keeps it fresh. My only critique would be the 8 hour cancellation charge policy. I understand why these policies are in place but 8 hours just seems like a super long time period to me to have to cancel. There are some days where that isn't enough time to be under my control- super horrible traffic from work due to an accident or weather, not feeling well from allergies or bad food at lunch, etc. If it could be reduced even by a couple hours that would be great. Thank you! :)

The workouts are different every day and are fast paced. The instructors show you how to do all exercises and watch you perform them to make sure you don't hurt yourself. You work at your own pace and are not pressured by anyone. Everyone should try it at least once, they have introductory free classes, tell them I sent you.

I think it's a great alternative to other types of workouts. It is expensive though. I wish you could use the equipment when class wasn't running.
