I love the staff at Natomas OTF and my trainer Sydney rocks! I like that each workout is different from the last but are always challenging. I like that they emphasize different focuses (endurance, strength, power) on different days and if your lucky you get all 3 in the same day! All of the trainers I've had so far have all been positive and extremely motivating during the workouts. I look forward to many more workouts at Natomas OTF!
It changes everyday and I'm never bored with the workouts. The staff get to know you and address you by your name. Never had that feeling before when I use to go to a big box gym. Also, the coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, especially with modifications for different types of excercise. Another bonus to note are the trainers are easy on the eyes!!! Love Love OTF and the fitness community
The best workout I've ever had! I've been at Orange Theory a little over a year and lost 30 lbs. The instructors are amazing and keep the energy so positive and energetic. The heart rate monitors give you direct feedback so you can workout at your optimal pace and hold yourself accountable. The workouts are as intense as you want to make them! Everyone that attends is so encouraging, it really becomes a family atmosphere. I can't recommend Orange Theory enough to anyone who is ready to take their health and fitness seriously!
