I have knee issues and can still get the benefit of interval training by riding the bike instead of the treadmill. I enjoy that every workout is different and am more likely to push myself when exercising in a group.
Very helpful staff. Jessica assisted me with finding the location, storing my travel gear, lending a strap, and even provided some info about the area. Jeff is an excellent coach. I enjoyed my travels and my OT workout. Will go back to this location when I'm in town again!
It is Challenging in that each workout is different. the Coaches do a good job, especially Brandon and Michael. Rachel was the best, its sad for her not to be there anymore. She is very knowledgeable and fun at the same time.
