1. It's an hour. I can do anything for an hour. 2. I don't have to think about what I'm going to do when I get there. 3. The weight routines are varied; I work every part of my body and I don't get bored. 4. The other more advanced people in the class inspire me with their energy. 5. If I'm having a low energy day, or I need to step it down for a minute, there's zero pressure.

So the workout the time is great great environment very clean an cool for the extreme workouts however the way to end the contract with the extra month or not able to downgrade with out having to start over new is crazy to me wasn't happy about feeling locked in with that it didn't make me want to show up even more or even stay with the team

Each workout is a combination of different exercises that target different parts of the body. I enjoy the full body without having to plan it out. The coaching team at the Uptown location is fantastic.

Full body workout in an hour, templates are always changing, the coaching is motivating and allows me to put all of my efforts into the workout vs thinking about my next move. Head Coach Will is phenomenal at his job, his classes are my favorite. He motivates everyone while seamlessly communicating the template to all sides of the room and does so in a positive, encouraging manner. Major thank you to Will!

Variety of each work out. Big calorie burn in a relatively short time

Just finished my first class as a member - LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! What a great way to start the day at 5am! I ended up with Will as my instructor (he taught my “try out class” - it is 8:47am and I’m ready to tackle anything that comes my way not just because I was in the red zone quite a few times but due to the motivational instruction not just about exercise but about life!! LOVE LOVE LOVE - will try again tomorrow morning!

I like the different components of the work out. An hour went by really quickly!

LOVED my first class at OT (Tchoupitoulas)! As a 60 year old life long runner my knees are shot - had to find a way to do max cardio without further damage. Lilly was amazing at inducting me into how things work (normally do not do gym/classes) and Will gave me further instructions (never been on a rowing machine/barely have used treadmill). Will gave me the most INCREDIBLE workout - not just my body but also my soul - the entire young class was pumping me up on my first ever OT - left feeling like a champion and couldn’t wait to join!! What an uplifting place full of good energy!!!

OT Tchouitoulas in New Orleans has been one of the most effective exercise and fitness programs out of many gyms and programs I’ve used over the years around the country. 1. The workouts cover strength training / weights and various cardio options. A lot is packed into one hour and it’s all guided by the coaches. Before you look up an hour is complete and you’ve burned hundreds of calories and worked many muscle groups. 2. Great scheduling options - OT is open 7 days a week and they have classes that start at 5am up into the evening. There are OT locations all over the country - so you can maintain your OT schedule while on the road with certain memberships. 3. Anyone at any level can benefit from these classes. The coaches will work with you and make sure you are safe and accommodate any fitness levels, injuries or special circumstances you may have. 4. The workouts are great for reducing stress and calming stressed out, busy minds and lives. The coaches like - Will B. provide a lot of great encouragement and motivational words to get us through the classes. We leave feeling better and stronger. 5. Every class is different and there is a lot of variety in the workouts. They keep it moving and interesting and you can track your daily workouts, progress, heart rate etc all on the OT App that ties in with a heart monitor tracker that you wear during the classes. 6. Anyone at any level can improve their health and fitness with OT. You just have to show up, give it a try and keep moving with it- give it time. If you do your part, OT will do its part… It has made a difference for me 100%.
