I love that it the one-hour workout is efficient and intense. I love that the floor workout is clearly demonstrated on the video, and that the treadmill and row workouts are written on the board (but not posted in teeny tiny print and taped to the machines...) so that I can accomplish the workout MYSELF. I love the constant bio feedback from the fitbit device, and the summary results sent to my email afterwards. I love the friendly and helpful staff, motivating coaches, clean and modern facilities and super-cool apparel, too!
