Each workout is different so it doesn't get boring.. I get a great workout every time I'm in there! Most importantly, I love my coach. You develop great relationships with your coaches and the staff. Hands down, OTF is the best!
I like the change up of exercises. Great combination of cardio and weight training. Coaches are motivating and enthusiastic. It's nice when they monitor your form on the weight floor, it shows they are paying attention.
