I like that it is intense. I like the mixture of cardio and weight training. I also really enjoy the coaches and the motivation they provide when you're working out and feel like quitting. If I was running on a treadmill at a normal big box gym by myself I would not be getting as much out of it because without a coach pushing me, I'd probably quit. Ellen is awesome!!!

Love the coaches! And the community that the coaches build in the classes. The workouts never stop being challenging & they're always different. I never know what type of workout I'm going to get when I walk in the studio, but I do know that it'll always be a great workout and I'll leave the studio feeling extraordinary!
I love that every time I come to class the workout is different and therefore I am constantly challenged. I leave and continue to feel like I worked out really hard throughout the entire day. This feeling makes me want to keep working harder so that I can get better!

Love the coaches, they've all been awesome at motivating the group and coaching us through each interval. Love the workouts and how they can challenge people at all different levels of fitness. They are always mixing it up to keep things fresh - I've gone 2x/week for around two months and have never had exactly the same work out twice! It is great for people who struggle with motivation to work out (like myself) because of how it is setup with the cancellations. Once I'm at the 12hr mark I'm getting my butt up no matter what because I don't want to lose my session. It's a little pricey, but much cheaper than a personal trainer and has many of the same benefits.
Facility is clean, people are friendly, and it's an awesome workout! I'm seeing great results and have only been going regularly for a few months. I highly recommend this workout!
I like that it’s effective. I get my full hour work out in and it’s always the best workout. I like to be pushed in my workout and having awesome trainers to guide me helps me push my limits. This is something that I a lot of people need and I look forward to working out here every week!
