Great work out that always challenges me, time flies and I feel I get a great all around workout. Sometimes I wish there was more floor work and less rowing... 15 minutes straight on the rower is greuling and the only time I get bored... like so bored I've considered cutting it short and leaving early.

Love the high intensity and high energy! Love that every time you come in you have a new workout and new challenge! IT NEVER GETS EASIER & IS THE BEST WORKOUT TO CHANGE YOUR BODY.. NO JOKE! GYMS AND OTHER STUDIOS CLAIM RESULTS--- I HAVE NEVER NOTICED SOMETHING SO MUCH AND YOU ONLY HAVE TO DO IT 2-3 TIMES PER WEEK.

I love the energy, motivation, humor and excitement that Breon brings to his classes. Elaine is terrific too. I like when trainers help me improve my form or alignment in floor work. I like the availability of strider and bikes for those that need to make adjustments to their cardio workout. I like that my OTF visit is reliably one of the toughest workouts of my week, and that I'm continually challenged to push my boundaries. Love the mood and supportiveness of the OTF community. Lately, though, I feel like some OTF workouts are straying from what I consider the essence of the studio. I don't like the extreme long rows, the extreme steep hill climbs, the extreme long runs or sprints. It's as if in the effort to be creative, the integrity of OTF workouts as fun, accessible HIIT exercise is being compromised. My heart rate flattens out in these long, invariable blocks; body parts are strained by excessively long stress (ex. hip flexors getting inflamed by long, steep incline runs); and I'm SO BORED. If OTF wants to include these type of programs, they should label classes accordingly or create "theme" classes (ex. marathon training, climbing Everest, etc) so that I know what to avoid.

I love the variety- not only within a one-hour session, but throughout each week/month. I love the upbeat coaches and the music. I feel challenged every time I workout at OTF!

I had been working with a personal trainer for a year before trying OTF. These are the best workouts I have ever participated in. Even though it's a group fitness class I feel the coaches are more than willing to take their time and explain things one on one if needed. I like that every workout is different and challenging in other ways.
