Working out at OTF is fantastic for many reasons. For starters, you can work at your own pace regardless of your entry point and as you progress, you can adjust your pace.
It is also great that the workouts are different every day. You come to recognize a lot of the exercises, but each day features a new combination with emphasis placed on different things.
The most important thing is that working out at OTF yields results. You will lose weight and inches while gaining muscle, energy and functional movement.
Finally, the coaches and staff at OTF Newtown are great. They are encouraging and provide great motivation and they recognize your individual progress.
OTF has been a life changer for me. I have never enjoyed exercise to say the least. I've joined other gyms, only to pay the monthly fees and never go to the classes. But OTF is so different. It's so motivating and fun to go to the classes. It's like a little fitfam.
I love the guided group aspect of the workout. The trainers at OTF Newtown are phenomenal!! A special shout out to Heather Reynolds. She's always so positive and supportive. She encourages us to do our best. One of her favorite sayings is "It's you versus you!". She helps us reach new limits each and every workout. Love her energy!!

When the instructors motivate as a group but also try to push you individually. Would like a change up of playlist though. Something for all age groups. Sometimes hearing the same playlists doesn’t spark your motivation as new variety may.
Great instructors (Heather) pushing us every work out. Also the ability to monitor our workout efforts and calories. Final ease or scheduling classes via app and availability of locations across the us to support my business travel. Lost 10 pounds in 6 weeks already :)
I like that the class includes both cardiovascular and strength-training intervals; it is an energetic upbeat environment, the music is great. Heather the instructor is awesome and keeps the whole class engaged and energized and pushes people to achieve their personal best. I signed up assuming it would be a one-time-thing, and I am hooked. I love being challenged and proving to myself that I can do this strenuous workout routine and continuously see performance improvements.
