Orange theory is an addictive workout leading to positive results physically and mentally. The staff in Newtown is encouraging and always available for encouragement and tips even on their personal time. Steve the owner is there everyday with a smile and radiates positivity . Nothing bad can be said about OtF and especially their Newtown studio.

OTF workouts are not too long and not too short. They are very efficient and comprehensive. The program met me where I was and has allowed to grow at my own pace yet it still allows for limitless progress. The workout gets in everything I need in just an hour and the trainers motivate me to push myself! I've lost 15 pounds in 6 months, and overall, I just feel better about myself when I'm consistently coming to class!

I love the "coaching" aspect or "guided" input from the trainers on the treadmill portion. To have someone encouraging, telling you to give it your all, letting you know how much progress you've made is working well for me. I also like the music changing in time to the workout. I also love the change up in the routine. Keep up the great job!!

Its a balance of a tough and effective workout (as tough as you make it though) and goes by really really quick. Also the trainers are very attuned to the individual clients and know how to push their proper buttons.
