I was looking for an exercise program that incorporated endurance and weight training, and I've found it! I've now been an OTF member for one year, and I love the way my body is transforming! The workouts are not too long or too short (1 hour), and they're always challenging! You will never get bored with the workout! If you are truly interested in improving your health and transforming your body in a healthy manner, OTF is the way to go!
I like everything. The variety, the coaches, the staff when you walk in, it is clean, you are keeping everything fresh and up to date, the music etc. they call you by name, help if needed always friendly. i am a morning person and when i walk out the door after a great workout it makes my day so much better!
I love that I get my strength and cardio at every work out and that I get it done in an hour. The coaches are amazing! They encourage and motivate me to continue to grow and get stronger on my fitness journey.
I love the structure of knowing what comes next. I especially love when we rotate the whole class so we aren't on the treads or floor or rowers for long periods at a time. The coaches at Nona OTF are the BEST!!! Always so encouraging, they truly understand that no one is at the same fitness level and praise the hard work from everyone rather than shaming.
