I love the variety of the works. The combination of the treadmill, rowing and weights helps keep it exciting. The coaches are very knowledgeable and assist when you are struggling with an exercise. It is a great community of athletes - emerging and established.
You can adjust it to meet your needs. I started off much slower and needing light weights and push ups with my knees. But now I’m starting to go faster, lift heavier, and attempt a few push ups with my knees up. Plus I love the coaches, they are so kind and remember your name.
I love not having to think about a plan, I can just show up and it's done for me with the built-in support of a coach. And having the coaches and other members there motivates me to work SO much harder than I would on my own.
It’s a lot of fun and different workouts each day makes it such a great experience. The coaches are awesome and are genuinely interested in helping you achieve your goals. It’s such an awesome community!
The variety of templates! They are always different. The coaches are informative and encouraging. I like that I can track my progress with my heart rate monitor and see my improvements. The music, the lighting, the atmosphere. It’s the best!
Love the new Tread 50, Elizabeth, Andy, Alex and Kayla are the best! Music is great, always helpful and encouraging. Front desk staff also welcoming and friendly!
Orange Theory helps push people to push themselves in their workouts and get the best benefits in a short amount of time. This is great for busy professionals (and parents!) who need to schedule in their workout time. Love the group atmosphere!
Since day on it was a different type of vibe kinda nerves but the coaches in there make u come to life make you feel comfortable I love and I’m glad I join if you have not join I think you need to don’t hesitate and get ur boots down there lol but honestly it’s the best decision I every made for myself clap clap wooooo!
Norfolk Orange theory has a fantastic set of coaches that help make the workouts more enjoyable. It's an efficient workout to get the most out of spending an hour exercising, balancing cardio and strength well. The addition of Strength 50 and Run 50 classes is a big plus to allow a more varied workout routine each week.
