I just started. I have to say I’m not a workout person. What I like about theses classes is there fun fast, and you have to make an appointment to go. That makes me accountable, because I don’t like to miss appointments. After my first class I’ve been excited to go.
I love how much stronger I feel in just an hour. I love that we move around from the treadmill to the floor to the rower and I don’t get bored. The coaches do so much to motivate us and the camaraderie and support amongst the members makes the workouts fun and exciting.
I really enjoyed how welcoming the center was. Now that I'm in my mid twenties it's hard to get motivated like I was on my team. I enjoy the energy in the room but wish I was coached more on correct form for running and on the weights. Coming from a rowing background, most people are erging incorrectly which could hurt their back. I wish there was a little more of a motivational push.
Love, love, love OTF! (And I'm not generally someone who gets super psyched about exercising.) The hour passes by so insanely quickly because every few minutes you're doing something different and the coaches are so supportive. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Love everything!
