I absolutely love Katie! I have been going to the 9am class for about 6 months now and really look forward to her and the people in that class. She has a great vibe and really helps keep everyone motivated. We will miss her terribly.
I loved that the stations were numbered and you could see your stats. I liked the pace and coach Kristie was excellent. It’s a very well thought out program.
I have found that the only way I’m successful with exercise is when someone else tells me exactly what to do, when to do it and when to go harder. OTF is exactly that!
Love OT and the instructors. Sometimes I come in dragging my feet, but always leave with a smile on my face and happy that I attended. Exceptional trainers and fun, but super challenging workouts. Crystal and Nyssa are my favorite instructors!
The coaches are motivating and make the time shorter than it is. I enjoy the daily changes to the workouts and intensity. It's the focus time that I need on a weekly basis to get in, workout and get out. I'm also a huge fan of coach Rebecca' motivation style and engagement with each of her classes.
