I like the variety of having both cardio and strength training in one session. I really enjoy seeing the results of my workout through the data provided after each workout
I love the high energy vibes, great coaches and DJ beats to get me motivated about working out even when I have no desire to! The trainers are supportive and offer one on one guidance whenever I’m slacking in form or am pushing too hard. They keep you in check and give you the best one hour workout you could ask for! I am so happy I joined! Thank you OT!
I love that the workouts are tough but can be adapted for any skill level. The coaches are motivating and the frequent ‘benchmark’ challenges and fun events allow you to really measure your progress. The workouts are always different so I never get bored and you don’t waste time with ‘gym chit chat’, waiting for machines, or being unsure of how to use equipment or do an exercise. Joining OTF was the best decision ever! Travelling is also easy because there are so many OTFs you can go to and you can expect the same format and support no matter where you go.
You can choose your pace, but you have an option to go all out all the time
you don’t need to think about it. Just be there for 60 minutes and you will get great results.
So many things:
-I love that I do not have to think about putting together the workout and that it is curated for me
-I love the positive encouragement from the coaches
-I love the variety in the workouts - always different everyday
-I love the different sets that we do on the floor, rower and treadmill
-I love that there is only one class at a time and the studio is tailored for a small class
-I love that there is suspense in the workouts
Every day is different - I like the variety. I have seen progress in my ability to run longer distances since tread 50 has been added. The coaches are very inspirational and knowledgeable. Music is generally upbeat and adds to the workout.
Orange theory changed my life!
I was 89Kgs prior to enrolling with OTF (December 2023) and with the support and motivation from OTF team, I am right now 78Kgs.
It is not about weight loss, it is about increasing my self-discipline, endurance, strength and so on.
I really enjoy coming to OTF and their coaches are well knowledge trained and motivated.
Personally, I can't even run for a minute but now I am able to run for 30mins straight and my personal 1mile bench mark challenge was a remarkable milestone from 8.10 minutes (22 Jan 24) to 6.09 minutes (18 March 2024).
This demonstrate my strength, endurance and stamina has been drastically improved in very short time which I can't believe, to be honest.
This gym is not for body builders but this is for people who like to stay young throughout their life.
I personally love all the coaches in OTF, they provide keen attention to our workouts, take care of each and every people in the batch, monitor our performance and provide personal suggestion if required.
I am so happy that I found OTF and I will continue to go to OTF forever...

Workout’s keep on changing and this is the best part of Orangetheory. Coaches are fantastic and they keep pushing you. Working as a group gives you motivation to do well and you push your limits. Benchmark’s are the best way to keep a check on your personal records. Templates keep on changing and it is a mix of endurance, strength and power. Highly recommended for someone who wants to stay active on day to day basis.
