I love that I can show up and get a full body workout with zero thought put into it. It’s motivating to me to have others doing the same thing and I always leave feeling so thankful I went. It has helped me feel more confident in my body and stronger! I see muscles I’ve never seen before and it’s become such a part of my weekly routine that I miss it tremendously when I’m away. Love the coaches and the jams, too.
I love that I get to the studio, there is a welcoming and non-judgmental environment and the coaches are enthusiastic about assisting. I like that the workouts follow a pattern but are different enough every day to make sure you can never get complacent. The psychology of getting to at least 12 splat points is also genius and holds me accountable when I want to have an off day. I credit Orangetheory with helping me improve overall fitness, strength and focus. I never regret dragging myself out of bed to take class and always leave feeling better than when I arrived!
I love everything about OTF. The format, the coaches, the way I feel after a class. Everything. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a healthier lifestyle.
I like having the workout already defined - I don't have to figure out what I want to work and how much or how long. I like that each workout is different but also customizable to my own desired output.
