I like how every workout is different. I like how the coaches know what they are talking about and can give great examples of the exercises. I like the friendly environment from the staff.

I have always been willing to embrace some sort of exercise/fitness regimen. The challenge has always been WHAT to do WHEN. Invariably, self-initiated efforts taper off due to the lack of a structured approach, risk of injury, and ultimate futility. With Orange Theory, I don't have to know (or care) whether it's leg day, or arm day, or time to do this many reps at that much weight. All I have to do is show up, perform what's shown me to the best of my ability, and go home. The activities offered by Orange Theory are also structured in such a way that even with only four main components (treadmill, rowing machine, floor exercises, and one's own body weight), there's plenty of variation so as to not fall into a repetitive pattern. Sure, I see burpies on the floor portion now and then, but at least I don't see them EVERY time. I hate burpies.

I like that each day the work out is challenging and different. I think the coaches for the most part do an amazing job at keeping our form correct and encouraging to push ourselves.

OTF is the best cardio workout around! Each day is different usitlizing the water tank rowers, treadmill and floor (TRX, BOSU, weights) so you never get complacent. The coaches are knowledgable and are more than willing to push/encourage you through your workout to get the most out of your time there. All of the staff are friendly and accommodating...they want to see you come back!

The variety makes every day a challenge and keeps me coming back with enthusiasm. The coaches at the North Raleigh studio are the best across the board of any studio I have visited. The workouts are perfectly balanced between all types of exercises anyone would need.

The variety keeps it interesting. The instructors are great! I like the rowing and the floor exercises, things that I don't get in my normal workouts.
