The workout was challenging and fun. It was motivating to be able to see what zone you were in on the monitor. It was a nice balance of both cardio and strength. Athletes of all levels can participate in this workout since all exercises can be modified. The group class also inspires one to keep pushing through the workout.
OTF is the best and most effective one hour workout that I have participated in. I don’t have the time to go to a gym 5-7 days per week. I see better results from OTF going 2-3 days per week than I did working out on my own 5-7 days per week. OTF helps me simplifying my schedule and provides results above and beyond my expectations.
I like that each time I am coached through a 60 minute workout and burn between 400-500 calories without having to navigate any machines myself. The coaches are fabulous, thoughtful and motivating. The gym is clean and well air conditioned. You are only competitive with yourself and I've made lots of new friends who have similar fitness interests. Love OTF.
Really liked the trainer & the diversity of the workout & honestly the people working out were quite nice. Think it's a little cheap that you charge unlimited members $5 for a monitor...big fan of OTF!
