Honestly this gym has changed my life. The whole team made me feel like it was my family. I won the Transformation challenge then ended up challenging myself to the dri tri and won that too!!! Very friendly staff, lots of personalized attention, I don’t have to think about what to do, time goes by quickly because there’s lots of variety, overall body workout (strength and cardio). Love this workout and I generally hate working out! One suggestion - I would love to see yoga, stretch classes added
