I love the energy of the class and feeling like I gave my all. It’s nice having classmates on various parts of their fitness journey. The instructors are top flight and approachable.
I like the intensity of it in a group setting with mostly good music playing - which also helps keep me motivated. I do not have much time during the week to exercise since I am a working mother of two, so when I work out, I want to make the absolute most of it, and OTF does that for me.
OTF has been the most amazing fitness journey ever! I signed up in April 2023 and have stayed committed and consistent and I feel so strong and in the best shape of my life. I am 51 years old and I never thought I would enjoy lifting weights and now I crave it! The coaches are amazing… friendly and welcoming… I never feel out of place. I love being a part of such a great fitness community. GO ORANGE 🧡
It’s a complete workout (cardio and strength training) and I don’t have to think about what exercises to do or how to push myself on the tread etc. One hour and I am done and feel like I have met my exercise goals for the day.
Everything is good. Atmosphere is nice. Everything is brand new. Friendly staff. Easy to book your workout date/time. Love the facility. Trainer(s) is nice. Love having my workout mixed with current technology. Everyone doing there own goals and workout at their own pace. I dont feel like I am competing with anyone, just myself. =)

It pushed me harder than I ever would have gone myself. It was fun to try new things such as rowing and different weight lifting. The often changing speed in running helps keep it from being monotonous.
I have been contemplating joining OTF for months. However, my shyness and intimidation have always held me back. Finally, I decided to give it a try, and I attended my first class two weeks ago. I enjoyed it so much that I signed up immediately and have already attended my second class and will do my third this weekend!
Coach Kenedy was very welcoming, and her positive energy made me feel comfortable and upbeat. Coach Lisa did the second class and she was amazing! I loved it!!!!
Overall, I am happy I finally decided to try OTF and look forward to attending more classes in the future and continuing my fitness and weight loss journey. :)
Really liked the music and the energy of the class. Lisa was very attentive for my first class and made sure I knew what was going on. Definitely coming back!
I love going to OT. I feel great after my work out. One small suggestion... if you could add some more 35 and 40 pound weights, it would be wonderful. Currently there's only one set of each of these weights and most ofter they're taken by the other people that are working out. There are many super heavy weights (70+ pounds) there, majority of which are almost never used. Thank you and all the best.
