I was bored with my current workout plan. I was looking for something challenging yet very focused on results. Then I found Orange theory and it changed my life. I started going twice a week and now I go 4-5x a week. The best part is that I am bi coastal, so finding a plan that accommodates my travel lifestyle was hard and orange theory has been perfect for my training program no matter where I am in the world. I tend to now book my travel based around where OT are located so I never miss a workout. My home base is Birmingham Michigan and Northridge. California (Danielle is the best).
It's always different.... I'm never bored. I love the music. It challenges me and I love the coaches pushing me to do more. I would never do that if I worked out alone. I get cardio and strength training all in one. The best of both worlds.
