They push you to the max!! Past your limits! The trainers still try to make you feel like you're the only one they are focused on. Whether it's a high five, a you can do this, or a push yourself a little more, or to correct a move. I love that you get both cardio and strength.
What I like about the workouts?
The process of how Orangetheory holds their workouts. The training and the change up of the machine to the weights. It's a lot to take in at first when you haven't worked out in this kind of environment. But fun and exciting to learn the new setup and the way your body and heart feel after the session.
There are so many reasons why I go to OTF. I'm a working mom and time is something I don't have a whole lot of for myself. So if I'm going to take an hour from my kids I have to make sure it counts. In that one hour at OTF I'm all there and ready to go. I'm not fit - I'm still working off the excess from being pregnant a year ago. I need the push and OTF does it for me. The instructors make us work and challenge ourselves. It's also nice to not have to think. I just follow their training and feel the burn. I truly think this is the only work out for me.
