i loved everything about the gym and staff. the only thing that i wished to see is that as a beginner, i wish there was a meal plan or basic information about how i should eat while going to the gym. i also know that some people take pre workout supplements and protein shakes. i have no idea if i need to do that too! i came to the gym to lose weight and have a healthier life style. now i work out but i am still struggling to learn how i should eat to be able to reach my weight loss goal faster
The workouts are great. They are challenging enough to give you a great workout. But not so hard that you get discouraged and want to quit! I loved it and look forward to class every time!
OTF has become a near necessity in my life. Not only are the classes a the great exercise experience but the support of the coaches and the community drive me to keep doing better. Joining has certainly been a life changing event.
I love that its set up so that I can always push myself or take it easy when needed. I appreciate how hard the coaches work to make sure all members feel included and are met where they are in their fitness journey
