Orangetheory Fitness has been great! I lost over 30lbs since joining in January and have gotten really lean and cut. I am a guy in my thirties and was never into fitness, but started getting out of shape and wanted to make a positive change. I love that it’s all classroom based and takes all the guesswork out of it. The instructors are really nice and make sure that you have proper form and are doing the workouts correctly. I am doing the premium membership for around $170 a month and while not cheap, is still way more affordable then a personal trainer would cost. It’s really an investment in yourself and so even outside class I’m more health conscious and watch my calories more.
The workout is efficient and effective. I love being able to come into the studio and get a good workout without having to design something myself. Also, the coaches and studio team are wonderful.
i loved everything about the gym and staff. the only thing that i wished to see is that as a beginner, i wish there was a meal plan or basic information about how i should eat while going to the gym. i also know that some people take pre workout supplements and protein shakes. i have no idea if i need to do that too! i came to the gym to lose weight and have a healthier life style. now i work out but i am still struggling to learn how i should eat to be able to reach my weight loss goal faster
