I love how beginner friendly it is! I was really nervous about getting lost or doing the exercises wrong, but the instructors explain the instructions well and if I'm doing an exercise wrong, they notice quickly and come over to show me how to do it. I love the atmosphere and the class seems to go by so quickly. I look forward to it every week!
Metabolic training achieves my fitness goals. The programming of the workouts keeps me from over training or under training.
The strength 50 split (upper/lower)classes are not metabolic training. I cannot achieve my goals with the split training.
The total body strength 50 are metabolic and I can achieve my goals with the total body strength 50. But there are not enough of those classes.
The programming and coaching. When I programmed my own workouts, I made workouts that were too long and not sustainable. With OTF taking care of the workouts, I have time to work on nutrition.
The coaches enable me to maintain good form and to follow the program. All I have to do is maintain the mind muscle connection.
Most importantly, I am achieving my fitness goals. OTF workouts will help me maintain those achievements.
Coaches are energetic and the people are friendly. My only complaint is from corporate. I was paying 178.00 for unlimited, and the deal for new people to come in for unlimited was 129.00. I could have gotten that deal if I brought in a friend but I asked around and nobody was interested. It rubbed me the wrong way to know I was a long time unlimited gym member and was not paying what others were. I shouldnt be put in a situation where I’m punished as a long time member. I dropped down to 8 times a week and I’m considering leaving bc of it. I would still recommend OT to a friend and NW is an amazing group.
I like that the instructor Justin came over and made sure that my form was correct thru out the entire workout. And he also made sure I knew how do all the exercises. All the employees made me feel welcome and explained everything thoroughly. I am not a girl who likes exercise classes or understands how to do them so it’s all new to me but I totally felt like I could handle it and didn’t feel pressured or uncomfortable. I really had fun and hope it will help me reach my goal to be fit by 50! I was definitely sore the next day which they say is a good thing ;)

Love this place. This was my first time at the NW location and it was great--spacious and clean! Not to mention the awesome workout. So very thankful to have a place to go to get strong!

Always feel better after a workout there, maybe physically sore and exhausted but mentally better
