I enjoy group workouts more than solo. I like OTF workouts because they are fun and engaging, and we're never doing the same thing for too long that it becomes boring or disinteresting. The energy is always high, and the coaches are all passionate and seem genuinely happy to be there. Also, the whole concept with monitoring heart rate, splat points, after burn, etc., I think that is really cool as exciting for most people. Also, the staff are all always happy and smiley, and that is inviting. I feel welcome and I dig the family vibes. I <3 OTF!
I believe that you have to do what you like or you will not stick to it! I like the workout because I know that I have to do all the things and the coaches push me to do it. I would never run on the treadmill for 30 minutes without someone coaching me and I do watch the splat points and try hard to get as much as possible in Orange. When it's over, I'm glad and I feel good that I got a good well-rounded workout.
