The workouts are fun and challenging. Instructors are really nice and encouraging. I'm impressed that you can do the workout no matter what kind of shape you are in--newly working out to high intensity. It's a great way to get a good workout.

I liked the pace, the personalized fitness measurements, the music, the instructor and the exercises. I felt like I pushed myself, but was also safe. It was also a lot of fun!
