My answer to this question has not changed after a year and some change- OTFOP workouts are the challenge I need. The workouts are led by professional coaches who work hard to build a community in the studio. What I like is I am never bored, always challenged and feel supported the moment I walk through the door.
I like that everyday there is a different workout. You don't get bored and it is always a challenge. I also like the coaches because they know you by name and they are always pushing you to the next level. The staff is always there to answer your questions. Most of all the vibe is great at Oak Park. I have visited other studios and it's not the same. 😁
