I like OT workouts because they are intense! They challenge me out of my comfort zone yet are achievable to fit my own level and needs. I like the tacking and summaries of each activity but most importantly, I love the awesome instructors and staff. They make the workouts fun and enjoyable!
I love everything about OTF!!! Endurance, strength, power and mobility!!! I love that I can monitor my heart so I know if I'm working harder than I need to or if I can kick it up. Sometimes it can be confusing if I'm without my monitor... should I listen to my body or listen to my mind? Which one is telling the truth? 🤣 But with my monitor... I know!!! I love that I just show up and follow my coach's instructions and I will succeed in my goals... and I love the community aspect of the workout... all ages and fitness levels... can come together in one space and inspire each other... love it!!!
I appreciate that the workout is designed to challenge yourself rather than others. I like that there is data and measurement, so that I can compare for improvement.
The coaches are amazing and the community helps to keep me on track. Every day is something different and I have seen real results. Plus, I do not know what I would do without the "me" time and the ability to get aggression out!
I love the intensity of my workouts and the overall well rounded nature of the workouts. Each workout is new everyday and I feel like my body is getting worked all around. I love orange theory!
I liked the different types of movements and that it incorporated such a variety of exercises. It was high energy and working out with a group is motivating. Lastly, I have not worked out while watching my heart rate so that was interesting.
