2 years in and it still feels "fresh". The workouts are never the same and the instructors do a great job of pushing you.

It was individualized so I wasn't uncomfortable when someone was "better" then me. I was able to go at my own pace and challenge myself with the help of the coaches and encouragement from others. I really enjoyed the workout! It was my first time there and I will definitely be looking into a membership.

I thrive on data. It's objective. It's clear whether you have met your mini-goal (those splat points) for that day or not. I also appreciate that there's both cardio and strength training, which feels like a well-rounded, complete workout. Finally, I'd like to shout out the super-hero strengths of each coach I've been fortunate to have worked with. They each have a standout super-power: DUANE: He is a master at giving feedback when you are doing floor exercise. Somehow, he finds a way to give ample feedback. And, the feedback is direct, clear, and helpful. JENNY: She knows how to encourage and uplift people during a strenuous workout. I have also found her feedback on the rower to be the most explicit. LEWIS: He knows how to stay on you and push you to your limits while making sure you don't hurt yourself. If you go to Lewis' class, you know you will have given all you have. He will not let you off the hook. KELITA: She has perfected the ability to make you feel like you have a personal coach in class that is full to the brim. I also find her directions and transitions to be nearly flawless. ENYIOMA: He is a wizard at stretching and recuperation. Honestly, though, no one has had me do more meaningful stretches than this guy, which is critical for such intense workouts. I almost want a mini-class with just stretching after doing multiple classes in a week or something!

I loved the accountability that the heart rate monitor & screen create. With the heart rate stages & epoch goals, I could tell if I needed to push harder or not. The stages helped me know if "I really was dying" (red zone) or if I was just tired (blue/green zone.)
