I like that my heart rate is monitored while I exercise and that the coach shows concern for issues that I may be having. I like the variety that is offered during each session and I just like the people that come to exercise are friendly.
I love the option of choosing an hour-long mixed (floor / tread / row) workout or devoting complete session to floor (lift) workout. I love the trainers approach to supporting correct form without embarrassing. Love the 90's / alternative soundtracks!
