Good, hard workout and all I have to do is show up. No thinking involved! Great energy, encouraging trainers, team atmosphere even though I'm only competing against myself. It's a fun way to get in my speed and strength training, two things I usually skip when I'm training for a marathon.
I liked that someone is helping me , guiding me telling me what to do , and the group motivates me to keep going , and the workout works every muscle in my body , im so sore so i know is going to work!
