I loved the personal training feel to this workout. I also love knowing that there's science backing up everything and that if I just do what I'm told, I'll be burning tons of calories during class and after. I can't say enough good things about this workout. I expected to hate it (like I do most classes/kinds of exercise) but I loved it!
Total body workout in 60 minutes. I always feel better about myself after the workout! The trainers are professional, motivational and instructional. Having the HR monitor is very beneficial and helps me get the best out of my workout.
It's always different! Things are switched up daily so it keeps things fresh and NEVER boring. Coaches make a huge difference too. They keep the motivation and drive high so you can get the most from each and every workout
I enjoy the variety of the workouts. I still love it after 3 years of being a member at Leawood and now Olathe.
Mandy is great trainer - wish she would not have reduced her schedule at Olathe. I would recommend doing whatever is needed to keep her happy. She is professional, motivational, and consistently good.
Roger is also awesome! I have some of my best workouts when he is coaching. He is upbeat and makes you forget about everything else during that one hour. Roger is fantastic and probably is one of the best OTF coaches that I've had in the last 3 years.
