The manager and staff were very friendly and very helpful. They took the time to make sure I understood the workout/method before the class started. It was a fun workout- the mix of running, rowing, and lifting made the time go by fast. The instructor was great in knowing everyone's name and encouraging them throughout the workout.
It's the most efficient way to workout for me. The trainers are motivating and push me harder than I would ever workout by my self. The results have been amazing. I can wear all my sexy summer clothes again and I have unlimited energy!
That it is different each and every time I go, I never know what to expect. But I do know it's going to kick my butt each and every time I go.
In the 2.5 months I've been doing the classes I have seen a real transformation in my body. Ya!
Its always different so Its never boring and its always challenging... well, as challenging as you make it.
I like the combo of cardio and weight training. And I like that it involves the use of the various equipment in the weight training area.
The coaches are awesome. You get great feedback. They motivate and push you to do the best you can, and then some. They give great instruction to ensure you are performing the moves on the water rowers and in the weight area correctly for the best benefit but most importantly, to avoid injury.
There is absolutely no pressure. Everyone is there for the same reason and there is a feeling of camaraderie among the class.
