the coaches are the best (Megan is my favorite) as is the rest of the staff. Only thing I can say that is negative is that the machines aren't fixed in a timely manner.
I enjoy the community workouts with people who are encouraging and determined. I enjoy the extensive age range of folks who workout in Orangetheory and how it encourages me to keep fit and healthy. Orangetheory also has taught me a lot about weightlifting form since I did not have any experience prior to joining. Old Town has great staff and coaches who are very supportive, remember you, and correct form. I value the correcting of form since I want to get better and the only way I can do that is with help and guidance.
Amazing staff and great work outs. I will do orange theory until I'm no longer on this planet. The benefits of hiit are well known in the literature and I plan on being apart of the OTF family for life.
The community feel yet independent workouts.
I am able to modify for an injury. I push as hard as I need to stay in zones.
Normal classes everyone is set the same and/or you don't know how hard to push yourself.
Plus all the staff and coaches are very welcoming.
The workouts can be as challenging or as laid back as you want them to be, and the coaches are always happy to offer modifications. Members are at all stages in their fitness journey, so you’re sure to find another member to vibe with. The community is welcoming and friendly!
