I liked the pace and intensity as well as the family atmosphere of the class. The only time I looked at the clock the whole time was when the class was almost over. I usually hate gyms and am always looking at the clock because I can't wait to get out of there!
Coaching was great-she did a good job at keeping everyone on task, while ensuring we were all using proper body mechanics. Despite not being at an optimal fitness level, I felt capable, and was able to push myself (the music helped with that).
