Variety of workout, smart and safety-conscious trainers. I also love that more of the workouts are broken up into more than two parts (i.e. treadmill and floor). It's much more interesting and much more fun
LOVE working out at OT. I've lost 10 pounds and dropped from a size 8 (getting too close to a 10) to a 4 sometimes a 2! The energy I get from working out is amazing and I honestly feel like a better more focused person. Its been the best year of my life since I've started work out at OT.
I love that it challenges me each time. I am someone who trains very hard and I feel like I'm very fit, but even with that it makes me work beyond my "wall" and I have seen some great gains in the short amount of time here.
It's a great crosstraining tool!
