I love Orange Theory and the concept of the workouts. The heart rate monitor, splat points, and calories burned are all great ways of measuring performance and progress. The coaches at Olney are amazing, they provide great knowledge and create a fun environment to work out at. I have always been physically active but one thing I have learned since I started going to OTF is that there is always room for improvement and to push harder. The classes are always challenging but fun, and quite rewarding once it's done :)
Sometimes its hard to get to OTF but I am ALWAYS glad I have! It is motivational and my fitness level has increased so much in the almost two years since beginning. I run up the stairs without getting out of breath and without any effort... It is a great place to become a member.
