This is the most excruciating, yet strangely addictive thing I've ever done in my entire life. And I've done plenty! Love my coaches and the fact that I get forced outside of my comfort zone in a way I would never force myself to do! ❤❤❤
I like the variety of exercises and supportive staff, both behind the desk and on the floor. I will miss Emily on Saturday mornings (Who's gonna yell at me now??). The only constructive criticism I can offer is that I have been to two other OTFs while traveling and their coaches seem to connect better with the members than any of yours, except possibly Phil. I think you should seek advice from the franchise and other centers on this, because I don't think it's any one thing anyone is doing, but a combination of tone, eye contact, calling out names while encouraging effort, engaging 1:1 to give tips on form, etc. You can also think about doing something special for the different demographics you have: HS and college athletes, young moms, singles, couples, and old folks like me! Hope this helps. Love you guys and you've certainly made a positive difference in my life!
