I like that the workout is different each time. I like that it challenges me to do things I haven't done before and that the trainers encourage and support me. I like the heart monitor because it allows me to see just how much I am pushing myself and can adjust as necessary throughout the workout. I honestly can't think of a thing I don't like about the workout ... well maybe not thrilled when we get those LONG rows like the full class partner work a few weeks ago! I rowed between 4500 and 5000 meters by myself! :-)
I loved the rotation of exercises! Such a fun change from running on the treadmill!!!
Working out with a group is so much more motivating that at home also!
I definitely will be going back! I need this discipline!
