Workouts are designed for you to go at your own fitness pace within your range of motion. Being able to push your limits within the structure of the workout.
I love Orangetheory! I actually enjoy getting up at 5am to make a 6am class. It’s fun, the coaches are awesome, and the class has a great vibe.
I am so glad I decided to try the free class, I’m hooked!
BTW - I’ve already lost 8% fat and gained 5% muscle in 90 days. 😌
I’m able to challenge myself and see my progress without being pushed to do anything that I may not be able to do. I get guidance without being bullied. I can celebrate small wins each time I go.
It's intense, I don't know what will happen until it's too late to chicken out, the coaches are fantastic (especially Coach Sable!!!), pre-booking makes me stick with the commitment, I love the variety of exercises that keeps it fresh, love the opportunity to disconnect from my phone and focus, the music is great, and I can feel and see the results of my improved health.
