I love the group workout concept and how it incorporates weight training with cardio. I love how each workout is never exactly the same and how there are different themes as well as partner workouts. They stress working at your own pace and everyone cheers each other on. Finally I love how the coaches show you alternatives to the exercises to suit your individual abilities.
Tony and Danny were a great help! I enjoyed the fact that I was in control of my workout based on MY body. Sometimes going to the gym solo can be a bit mundane. I however, love how no two classes are ever the same and with the help of the heart monitor your workout feels engaging. I will definitely be back soon!
Coaches/Trainers and Staff are always so helpful in all aspects. Plus everyone gives a positive vibe and Orange Family welcome.
Workouts are NEVER boring. Always varied and challenging. Also, all Coaches give variations to make each exercise, more or less challenging to what type of workout you need and are able to perform.
I just went in for my first free class and Josh, the coach, was so great. He kept checking up on me and encouraging me. It made me feel really included and engaged. I also liked that there were modifications available, if I needed them. Overall, the staff was just so friendly and welcoming. Even a coach, Ricky, was not working but still made an effort to go out of his way to help me and that was so nice.
I like that I am pushed to accomplish things that I wouldn't push myself to do on my own. I am capable of achieving these things, but it's nice to have someone telling you that you can and pushing you beyond what you've done before. It prepares me for my triathlon season as well!
Then workouts are challenging, so you burn a lot of calories and work a lot of muscles that don't get worked often. The coaches are great at Orland Park and do a fantastic job of keeping you motivated each class.
